1)The Library is open on all working days (from Monday to Saturday) at 8:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M.

 

 2)Students must maintain absolute silence in the library. 

 

3)The borrower should examine the books before leaving the library. If the books are damaged the librarian should be informed immediately. Damage to books while out of the library will be charged and child will have to pay for the damage. 

 

4)Library books can be issued during library period of the class only and not in any teaching period.

 

5)Writing of any kind in the book is punishable with a fine. 

 

6)Books are issued for the use of the borrower only. 

 

7)Books are not to be kept for more than fourteen days. 

 

 8)All books are to be returned before vacations and the final examination. 

 

9)Failure to return a book after 14 days will involve payment of a fine of RS 1 per extra day. 

 

10)If the student loses the book, she\he will have to replace the book or pay the cost of the book.

 

11)Students are not allowed to bring their personal books to the library. 

 

12)Reissue of books by student may be allowed maximum once more after first issue.

 

13)Dictionaries, Encyclopedias and other reference books would not be issued. 

 

14)Student’s ID card is the library membership card. So it is mandatory for the students to bring ID cards for issuing books.
